Okay, time to eat my words. Remember all that griping about "not liking runway shows"? Well, I just stumbled upon the latest collection from designer John Rocha (via New York Magazine), and I am gob-smacked. It's like he read my mind- I want to wear each and every one of these outfits. Never mind the occasion- I will make the occasion. Wiping up the drool, and figuring out how to make these hats out of felt and feathers from the craft store. Hello now.
You know, a carefully cut Hefty Bag could mimic this last one, in a pinch. I better just make sure to leave the club before they turn the house lights on!
Sweet fancy moses! I had never even heard of this guy until now, and as of this very second I am smitten, smitten. I love those knee socks, and that chapeau...resembles a soft serve swirl of gothique rosette ice cream. What a find :)

LOVE the leather dress and what appears to be a raw-hide jacket in the image above.
Not usually a fan of Mr. Rochas' work; but these two items are very nice indeed.
And Sascha darling, I have complete faith that your interpretation of these hats will be even better than the original.
