One major event in the past month was that I finally got to meet Joanne, my Eyes and Ears Abroad, in person! We had an ice cream party (Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia, in case you were wondering) and got to hang out with the cats. Not surprisingly, Zazou the cat, who Joanne has had an internet crush on for months, LOVED her! Ha ha!
Joanne was just as amazing, kind, and witty in person as online... it did make me sad that she was only passing through Nevada County, though. I could have spent tons more time with her, or gone on an amazing road trip! Maybe next time...?
We got a few good snaps (the awesome camera is Joanne's), and I even enlisted her to do a brief modeling job for me! That's just what happens when you are a pretty girl hanging out at my house on Photo Day.
Big love to Joanne for taking time out of her travels to visit with me! I miss you already!
