As Christmas approaches, I find that my look gravitates more and more towards Gift Wrapped. I first wore this shirt last week, and someone commented that it looked like wrapping paper- so imagine my delight when I received this great leather bow necklace for a gift! I think I am going for a sort of "Mod French Gift" here. Pair with brie and a nice Syrah, please.
Wool cardigan: late 50s, thrift score last week
Shirt: 80s, 100% cotton women's Brooks Brothers, thrift score
Dress: 60s, gift from a friend
Beret: Etsy (I bought it last year and I forget the seller- oops!)
Wrist cuffs: gift, via Semina Filigree, Etsy
Bow necklace: gift, via Flaming Hag Folkwear, Etsy
Tights: organic Maggies tights, best brand ever, from my local Co-op
Boots: Bandolinos, scored at Crossroads in Berkeley last week
Woo, I finally managed to get this comment form working for me!
Happy holidays, hope they'll be filled with all kinds of loveliness :)
