Lindsey, Home Decor, and the Essential Man Cave

Hooray! New pictures from the wonderful Lindsey in New Jersey. Here she is in her personal "man cave" (her words! ha ha!), once upon a time her brother's room, where she plays her guitar "reallllllly loud".

The horse statue is from Astral Boutique... you may have noticed that I am putting more "home decor" in the shop lately (along with more shoes and accessories!) I have gotten into hunting down "objects of power" lately. Applying practical magic to shopping is such a delight!

Definitely a cool wall. I love the vintage records and concerts posters. Gives such a great vintage feel to the space. Definitely provides some great inspiration while jamming out! I really like the rug also. I have a similar hallway runner in my apartment that is just so comfortable on the feet!

Scenes From A Craft Fair /I have to share some pictures with you from last weekend's incredible Nevada City Craft Fair! I got some really great snaps with friends/vendors... of course there were so many other friends there who I should have taken pictures with but didn't... it always becomes so obvious to me after the fact. But these are super cute! Here I am (in my morning layers- it was cool and misty outside!) with Winter from Sew Thrifty Collection on Etsy (and of House Chicken fame, of course). Don't you love her earrings? I bought a pair in green and I practically got...

Fitted Out I know, you almost gave up on me, but here I am- and with an Outfit Post, no less! This one was not for everyday wear... Sasha and the Shamrocks were playing a show this night, and I wanted something special, so I spent the better part of the day coming up with this outfit. I made it from a decaying red lace dress form the 60s that I had bought at a theater company's closing sale for $5.... somehow I knew it would come in handy, even though it was falling apart. The blue is from a sari dress...
