Summer time, summer time, I love you! Instead of huddling by the heater, I am sprawled all over the house... and so are my clothes! Colors and patterns and shapes end up together like friends of friends meeting for the first time at a party, and sometimes they run off together and start a whole new outfit!
Beret: in my bag from the night before, when it was worn in order to get a free popcorn at the movie Midnight in Paris; found when searching for my lipstick. Embroidered top: I was supposed to sell this in my Etsy shop, but it was the last thing I took photos of, and then I happened to try on this skirt, also meant for my shop, over it, and I liked it to bits and pieces. Black woven cardigan: Betsy Johnson, nabbed at a thrift store for $3, and honestly I had no idea how I was going to wear it, but then it was catching on a keyboard stand by the mirror and I noticed it when I had the rest of the outfit on. Socks: I was wearing them last night and then put them on again this morning because it was cold out.
And that's how it all happened...
What a cute outfit! The socks with the sandals look fantastic! So girlish and whimsical- I love it!
